If you are facing a disciplinary, performance management or restructuring situation or if you have a personal grievance, the assistance of a support person is important to ensure you communicate exactly what you need to and get the best results possible for your particular situation. If you wish to take the matter further to mediation or the Employment Relations Authority the process can be greatly supported with us by your side.
